Tips for managing weight:

1. Always have regular meals.

 Regular meals help your digestive system to 'work' and 'rest' regulary.

 Eat the breakfast as a king, dinner as beggar: Your breakfast should be full of energy to support your activities at daytime. In order to give your digestive system a rest, have a small dinner, it's better to keep your stomach empty for your good sleep.

 

2. Chew your meal thoroughly and eat slowly.

3. Avoid drinking water while you are eating.

4. Hot/ Warm soup or tea after meal is better than cold beverage or ice cream for your digestion.

5. Do exercise regularly

6. Keep warm: Fat acts as an insulator. If you are always cold, your body will start to keep the fat to guard against the cold.

 

7. Sleep before 11pm and get up early: generation of blood, tissues and many other hormones produced between 10pm to 2am.

 

8. No 'not eating' to lose weight: It's easy and fast to see the result, but you have to remember the weight seems reduced because your digestive system is empty. After you start to eat the meals, you may experience 'yoyo effect- fatter faster and weight more than you used to be'.

Your body remembers 'cut of energy' and it starts to keep energy as 'fat' to prepare same 'cut of energy' situation in the future.
