When the systolic pressure is above 140mmHg, and diastolic pressure is above 90mmHg we call it 'High blood pressure'.
The blood pressure rises when you are exposed in cold weather for long time, tired due to not enough sleep, stressed or had overeating the salty food.
In Chinses medicine the causes of the high blood pressure are:
1. emotional disturbance such as stress, anger, overthinking etc.
2. over exposure to wind,cold, damp, dry, heat, warm condition/ enviroment -> over exposure to this conditions injures the energy( qi) of organs so the function of organs are hindered.
3. Wrong eating habits such as over eating, picky to food, fast food or wrong food. This kind of wrong eating habits hinders the function of digestive organs.
The good food for High blood pressure

green tea- reduce the cholesterol
chrysanthemum tea - clear the heat in the system, make smooth flow of qi in the body
The Bad food for High blood pressure
1. Salty food.

3. Caffein/fatty food: coffe, tea, margerine, butter, cheese
4. Some grains: red beans, white flour, white rice
